What the project must solve

01

A convenient sample can hide the actual risk: the dustiest powder, stickiest product, smallest pack or least stable packaging lot may need a different setup.

02

Substitute film or a visually similar empty pouch cannot establish compatibility with the final commercial material.

03

A successful feasibility trial supports configuration selection, not a guarantee for untested products, SKUs or sustained production conditions.

Buyer analysis

Define the decision the trial must resolve

A pre-order sample trial answers whether the proposed feeding, dosing, package handling and sealing path is feasible. List the unresolved questions first: bridging, product breakage, stringing, pouch opening, seal contamination or required output. A FAT later checks the delivered configuration against the agreed order. Keep these stages separate so a promising sample demonstration is not mistaken for final acceptance.

Build a small representative SKU and lot matrix

Select the combinations that expose different risks rather than every saleable SKU: minimum and maximum fill, difficult product behavior, relevant pack dimensions and normal material-lot variation. Label each product and packaging lot, storage condition and test combination. Where a worst-case claim is uncertain, ask engineering to identify the basis and record which combinations remain untested.

Agree sample quantity before shipping

There is no universal kilogram or pouch count suitable for every trial. Estimate product required as fill mass multiplied by planned test packs, plus separate allowances for setup, refill, repeat runs and destructive checks. Request the matching commercial pouch count or roll-film quantity. Agree temperature control, storage, contamination precautions and disposal or return arrangements before any shipment; send photos and specifications for the initial review first.

Record the full sequence and label every intervention

Keep startup adjustments separate from the agreed stable-run interval. Record the SKU, lots, dosing and sealing settings, elapsed time, attempted packs, accepted packs, defect categories and operator interventions. Retain marked good and failed packs. Trial changes should follow the supplier's safe procedure; do not bypass guards or adjust protected mechanisms during operation. Weight, leak or seal checks need an agreed method rather than a visual impression alone.

End with a decision and an unresolved-items list

Classify each trial objective as demonstrated, failed or not tested. State the tested configuration and operating conditions, the options or tooling needed and any material change still required. Ask for the next evidence needed before a firm quote or FAT protocol. Do not generalize one successful product lot to the entire SKU range or treat an edited video as proof of sustained accepted output.

Brochure-grounded capability references

The rows below connect Packaging Machine Sample Test Plan to published machine ranges and stated applications. Use them for shortlisting only; final output, accuracy and package quality require testing with the actual product, package material and line conditions.

Machine path Selected brochure reference data

Specification signals to confirm

Project input Why it changes the decision
Check 01 Trial objectives, representative SKU and lot combinations, and explicitly untested cases.
Check 02 Commercial product and packaging samples with fill targets, dimensions and handling conditions.
Check 03 Agreed sample quantities, trial boundaries, measurement methods and defect definitions.
Check 04 Tested configuration, observed limitations, required changes and next approval gate.

RFQ checklist for this page

Send product and pack photos, target fill, dimensions and the specific compatibility question for an initial review.

Identify the difficult SKU and normal product or packaging-lot variation rather than sending only the easiest sample.

Agree the test plan, sample quantity, handling requirements and shipping arrangements before sending material.

Request labeled results, counters, settings, marked sample packs and the unresolved-items list.

Carry demonstrated conditions and remaining risks into the configuration quote and subsequent FAT protocol.

From evidence to a machine decision

01

Capture the evidence that changes the decision

Send product and pack photos, target fill, dimensions and the specific compatibility question for an initial review. Identify the difficult SKU and normal product or packaging-lot variation rather than sending only the easiest sample.

02

Compare the closest machine families

Granule Premade Bag Packing Machine, Electronic Scale Granule VFFS Packing Machine, Sauce and Liquid Sachet Packing Machine

03

Lock the acceptance test before price comparison

Set acceptance criteria for Packaging Machine Sample Test Plan: usable output, accuracy, seal quality, reject logic, utilities, sample tests and documentation. Compare price only after suppliers accept the same test basis.

Turn this decision into a practical RFQ.

For Packaging Machine Sample Test Plan, send representative powders, granules, liquids samples, pouch, VFFS bag samples, fill range, target output, voltage and required options. This lets the first reply identify a testable machine path instead of quoting a generic frame.
