This notice explains the limited information collected through this website, why it is needed for an equipment inquiry, and how to request access, correction or deletion. Sending an RFQ is not a marketing subscription.
Information you choose to send
An RFQ may include your name, business email, company, country or region, telephone or WhatsApp number, product, package format, fill amount, package dimensions, target output and project notes. If you continue by email or chat, you may also send photos, drawings, samples, specifications and communication records.
Technical and attribution information
The RFQ form can include the page URL, page title, referring page, language and campaign parameters such as UTM, GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID when they are present. First-touch campaign context may be kept in session storage for the current browser session. The repository does not load a marketing analytics tag by default.
Why the information is used
Information is used to understand the requested packaging task, identify a plausible machine or test path, prepare and follow up a technical or commercial response, prevent obvious form abuse and maintain necessary business records. The RFQ acknowledgement is not consent to unrelated promotional email.
Delivery and service providers
Depending on the contact method, information may be processed by website hosting, email, messaging, security or customer-management providers used to deliver and respond to the request. These providers may operate in more than one country. Do not send trade secrets or regulated personal data until an appropriate confidentiality and data-handling arrangement is in place.
Controller identification boundary
This website currently publishes info@szcomo.com as its inquiry and privacy contact but does not yet publish a verified legal-entity name, registered address or controller jurisdiction. Those facts, the applicable retention schedule and the relevant service-provider list must be confirmed and published before paid acquisition or expanded personal-data processing. Do not send sensitive or regulated personal data through this form.
Retention and security boundary
Inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for evaluation, follow-up, commercial recordkeeping, dispute handling or applicable legal obligations. No public website or email channel can promise absolute security. Use the contact address below if a different secure transfer method is required for sensitive files.
Your choices and requests
You may ask what inquiry information is held, request correction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw from further non-contractual contact. Send the request from the relevant business email to info@szcomo.com and include enough detail to identify the inquiry. Legal rights and response obligations depend on your location and the applicable law.
