Which machine should we quote first?

Start with product flow, pack format and target output. A finished stand-up pouch usually points to rotary premade pouch equipment; low film cost often points to VFFS or sachet systems.

What samples are required for testing?

Send product photos, fill weight, density or viscosity, pouch or film samples, expected seal style and any downstream carton or case size.

Can one line handle different products?

Yes when product behavior and pack size stay within the same mechanical range. Dosing modules, forming parts, pouch width and sealing jaws determine the changeover boundary.

What affects lead time and final price?

Machine family, dosing accuracy, material contact parts, print/coding, nitrogen, vacuum, dust control, checkweighing, cartoning, case packing and local compliance requirements.

How do we compare pouch, VFFS and sachet cost?

Compare finished pack value, film or pouch cost, output, waste rate, operator count and changeover frequency. The lowest machine price is rarely the lowest line cost.

What prevents rework after quotation?
